Cancellation Policy

In the unlikely event that you request us to cancel your booking or reduce the number of tickets requested on your original application, may we advise that the following terms apply:

One month or more prior to the event – no charge will be made and a refund issued if you have prepaid.
Less than one month prior to the event – we will make every effort to resell your tickets and if successful, no charge will be made. If unsuccessful, a charge of 20% of the total cost will be incurred, or deducted from your refund if you have pre-paid.
Less than two weeks prior to the event – a charge of 50% of the total cost will be incurred, or deducted as above.
Less than one week prior to the Event – payment in full will be expected or no refund given if you have prepaid.

If you would prefer to have a Ticket Application/Booking Form incorporating details of the Event in which you are interested, please go to The Clubs page of your choice, where you can download a Form for completion and return to us by email, fax or post, as appropriate.
