What happens if I cancel or reduce my booking

For nominal booking reductions of, say one or two tickets, payment will be waived (or a refund given if prepaid), unless you advise us within three working days of the Event.

Payment will be also be waived or refunded as appropriate, for cancellation of a whole table more than a month prior to the Event.

If you advise us less than a month beforehand there will also be no charge, provided we are able to re-sell your tickets, and we would make every effort to do so. If unsuccessful, we will make a charge of 20% of the total cost.

Cancellations less than two weeks ahead will attract a charge of 50% of the total cost.

Less than one week before the Event, payment in full will be expected.
