Set out below are details of the Sponsorship Package offered by The Southern Sporting Clubs to companies interested in sponsoring one or more of the Sporting Dinner Events(and occasionally Luncheons) that take place on a quarterly basis (biennial at The Stratford-upon-Avon, Sussex and South Warwickshire Clubs) at the various Club venues……..
- Your company name, logo etc and/or literature will be incorporated in all pre-Dinner mailing correspondence.
- Your company name, logo etc. will be printed on the Dinner Menu Cards (and Dinner Tickets if required).
- Your company’s literature, token gifts etc can be placed on every chair/table at the Event.
- Your company’s exhibition/freestanding display material etc can be placed in a prominent position for the evening at the Venue.
- Your company Banner can be displayed in a prominent position for the evening at the Venue.
- Regular verbal references to your company will be made by the Master of Ceremonies during the evening at the Event.
- You will have your own exclusive and fully-expensed (ie. including all drinks etc) table at the Event for up to 12 hosts/guests, together with the option of up to two additional complimentary places at the Top Table.
- You will also have your own private pre-Dinner Champagne Reception – incorporating a complimentary bar – at which the guest speakers and other Top Table guests will be present to mingle with your own party of guests – OR – you may choose the alternative of a second table ( complimentary tickets only) for up to 12 hosts/guests
- The Clubs’ professional photographer will be on hand in any event at your private Reception and/or during the evening to record the Event, photograph your guests with the guest speakers – all at your own discretion – and forward to you after the Event a set of prints together with a CD of the whole shoot.
- A case(s) of good quality wine (exact quantity to be agreed with the Sponsor), the bottles specially-labelled with details of the Event and individually signed by the guest speakers, will be provided at the conclusion of the Event for use as gifts to the Sponsor’s guests, as appropriate.
