Sponsorship

Set out below are details of the Sponsorship Package offered by The Southern Sporting Clubs to companies interested in sponsoring the Sporting Dinner Events that take place on a quarterly basis (biennial at The Stratford-upon-Avon Club only) at the various Club venues.

  • Your company name, logo etc and/or literature incorporated in all pre-Dinner mailing correspondence.
  • Your company name, logo etc. printed on the Dinner tickets & Menu Cards.
  • Your company literature placed on every chair, table at a Dinner Event.
  • Your company's exhibition/freestanding display material placed in a prominent position for the evening at the Dinner Venue.
  • Your company Banner on display in a prominent position for the evening at the Venue.
  • Regular verbal references to your company by the Master of Ceremonies during the evening at a Dinner Event.
  • Your own private pre-Dinner Champagne Reception - incorporating a complimentary bar - at which the guest speakers and other Top Table guests will be present to mingle with your own party of guests.
  • Your own exclusive and fully-expensed table* (the Top Table) at the Event for up to 16 hosts and guests, together with the Guest Speakers and Master of Ceremonies.
  • A leather-bound album of selected photographs** of the Event taken and prepared by The Southern Sporting Clubs' resident professional photographer and presented to The Sponsor after the Event.
  • A case(s) of good quality wine (exact quantity can be agreed), the bottles specially-labelled with details of the Event and individually signed by the guest speakers, for presentation as a gift to each of the Sponsor's guests, as appropriate.

* The Sponsor can determine the size of table (or tables - say 2 x 8) which can also be separate from the official top table but situated in a prominent position. If a separate table(s) is preferred, the Sponsor can also opt to have a representative on the top Table accompanied by up to two guests.

** A wider selection of photographs will be available online from the photographer's own website, details of which will be printed on the Event menu card.
